Dr. Cesar Perez an ophthalmologist whose practice includes general ophthalmology (which includes cataract surgery) with subspecialty work in glaucoma.

Dr. Perez obtained his medical degree at the University of the Philippines Manila. He trained in ophthalmology at the University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital. He took fellowship training in Glaucoma at the Philippine General Hospital. He is certified by the Philippine Board of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Perez is affiliated with various hospitals and eye centers in Metro Manila. He is a member of the Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He is a member of the sub-specialty societies the Philippine Glaucoma Society and the Philippine Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. He has delivered numerous scientific lectures and presentations at specialty society meetings and other events.

Dr. Perez is currently the Assistant to the Director for Special Executive Concerns of the Philippine General Hospital (PGH).
