COMPREHENSIVE EYE EXAMINATION

Inclusive of consultation, slit lamp biomicroscopy, refraction, keratometry, direct funduscopy

• 800 pesos for the initial consultation
• 600 pesos for follow up visits (discount of 200 pesos)

ADDITIONAL PROCEDURES

Any of the following applicable specialty examinations: applanation tonometry, gonioscopy, dilated indirect funduscopy, loose prism tests, Low Vision charts and tests, Pediatric charts and tests, contrast sensitivity test, various strip tests (Schirmer, Fluorescein, Lissamine, Rose Bengal), cycloplegic refraction

Note: Dilated indirect funduscopy will require pharmacologic pupillary dilation. This will make you sensitive to light and may blur your vision, therefore driving is discouraged. Kindly bring a responsible companion/driver and arrange for transportation. Take the rest of the day off. Vision will return to normal overnight.

SPECIAL DIAGNOSTIC TESTS WITH OFFICIAL REPORTS

• COLOR VISION - Farnsworth 15-disc color hue test - 500 pesos
• DEPTH PERCEPTION - Randot and Titmus Fly stereopsis test - 500 pesos

PRESCRIPTION EYE GLASSES
