Wash your hands with soap and water.
Place a few drops of baby shampoo on the palm of your hand. Add an equal amount of clean warm water. Mix this with a clean cotton-tipped applicator (cotton bud).
Pull down on your lower eyelid and scrub the dipped cotton-tipped applicator across the eyelashes and eyelid. Use a new cotton-tipped applicator for each eyelid.
Wash your face with warm water.
Repeat this several times daily.
