You have to return to the 'Registration' tab to accept our 'Terms and Conditions' by checking / ticking / clicking on the 'tick box'. You should see a 'white check mark' on the 'tick box' prior to proceeding to the next step.

3. Click on 'Register' button.

Note: If you have entered anything incorrectly, then warnings will appear. If this happens, we suggest that you clear your cache by pressing F5 or CTRL-F5. By doing so, you are given the opportunity to reenter your information correctly. If you skip this cache clearing step, the system will not forget the erroneous and/or incomplete entry earlier, leading to repeated nonacceptance of your registration. Repeat steps 1-3.

4. Once you click on the "Register' button, the following message will appear: REGISTRATION COMPLETE! An email with further instructions on how to complete your registration has been sent to the email address you provided. Please check your email (including your spambox) to complete your registration. To have the email sent again, simply try logging in with the username and password of your registration.

This email will contain welcome information as well as a URL link to activate your account. You will receive this email within 60 minutes, although it usually arrives instantaneously. Click on the URL link to confirm your email address and activate your account. After clicking on the URL link, a new tab will open with this message: Your account is now active. You may now log in!

5. After successfully completing steps 1-4, kindly refresh your screen and clear your cache by pressing F5 or CTRL-F5 prior to returning to the 'home page' of www.EyeRepublic.com to log in using your new username and password. Please be reminded that the registration system does not accept cookies. If you don't press F5 or CTRl-F5, then you might not be able to login successfully.

6. If you still have trouble registering on your own online, then you may alternatively use the manual registration route. Please send us an email with the following information: First Name, Last Name, Valid email address, Username, Complete Birthday, City, and Country. Kindly be advised that incomplete information may not be processed. Please allow 24-72 hours for us to manually register you, although this is usually completed within 24 hours. You will receive your username and temporary password in your mailbox.
