Eyeglass Drive for Indigent Patients

EYE REPUBLIC supports UPCM's Mu Sigma Phi Sorority and Mission: Vision.

The University of the Philippines College of Medicine MU SIGMA PHI SORORITY presents MISSION:VISION, a project that aims to provide basic and sustainable ophthalmologic care to those in need. The project recognizes the need for accessible health opportunities and ascribes inherent value to vision as a main factor in the quality of human life. The longevity of the project lies in its creation of an increased awareness of the needs of the underserved as the whole community is encouraged to participate.

The project aims to collect eyeglasses frames that will be donated to the Philippine General Hospital Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences during their SIGHT SAVING MONTH for the benefit of charity patients who need eyeglasses.

Donate your old eyeglass frames to MISSION : VISION (A PROJECT OF THE MU SIGMA PHI SORORITY). Donated eyeglass frames will be given to the indigent patients of the Philippine General Hospital Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences.
Permanent Collection Boxes are currently located at:
